Lucille Condit (1907-n.d.) lithograph, "Cottonwoods on Edge of Pond" pencil signed lower left, good condition overall toning, cropped up to edge of litho, unframed, image size: 10 x 14 inches. Lived in Union IA in 1910 and in Topeka in 1920. Was a 1924 graduate of Emporia HighSchool. Took all classes available in art for public school teachers at the Kansas StateTeachers College in Emporia. Student at Bethany College, Lindsborg from 1927-28.Pupil of Birger Sandzen.. Appointed to the faculty at the newly established Dept. of Art atIllinois Wesleyan Univ. in Bloomington, IL in 1928.
Condition: good condition some overall toning, unframed
