Order of Torah portions and Haftaros with Ohr Torah commentary, proofread by Rabbi Menachem de Lonzano.

This sefer was published upon the request of Shmuel Rodriguez Mendez, Moshe Tzarfati da Girona and David Gomis da Silva.

The first title page is a spectacular copperplate by the renowned European artist Bernard Picart whose name and date of 1725 appear in print in the title page margin. Bernard Picart was a famous engraver and illustrator whose art was widely acclaimed and his copperplate engravings are masterpieces of Jewish art.

The drawings of Moshe, Shmuel and Dovid on the title page allude to the names of the aforementioned wealthy individuals who contributed to publish this Chumash.

additional title page for Haftaros. Includes a chart of the Torah portions for the festivals and charts in Spanish on folded papers. The charts feature an additional title page in Spanish with Hebrew title of “Eileh Moadei Hashem”.

One of the most important editions of Tikkun Sofrim.
