Portuguese silver toothpick holder, 19th century. Male figure holding a large flower, in perfect shape, based on a quadrangular base decorated with plant motifs. With Porto mark (P-40.0d or variant), in use from c.1861 to 1870, and LJF maker's mark (P-459.0), attributable to Luís José Ferreira. Small defects, scratches and signs of use. Weight approx.: 290 g.; Height approx.: 19 cm.
