Sage D. Maria in Portuguese silver, 18/19th century based on three hollow feet. Edge with beaded frieze and engraved and guilloche motif with plant motifs. With Oporto assay mark (P-17.0) in use from 1792 to circa 1803 and MG maker's mark (P-493.0a), attributable to Manuel Vilaça Gomes, datable from 1790 to c.1804. Defects and risks. Weight approx.: 728 g.; diam. approx.: 30 cm.
