Хорошее состояние.
Ветрогонский Владимир Александрович (1923-2002) - Народный художник России. Окончил ЛИЖСА имени И.Е.Репина (1951), ученик А.Ф. Пахомова, В. М. Конашевича, К. И. Рудакова. Учился вместе с М.Труфановым. Профессор института им. И.Е. Репина, руководитель персональной мастерской, декан факультета, зав. кафедрой графики. Постоянный участник отечественных и международных выставок. Работы находятся в ГТГ, ГРМ, во многих музеях.
