Rabbi Moshe Sav’on (1806-1888) was an Algerian sage and kabbalist. He lived in Oran and was a student of Rabbi Moshe Kanafo. There are many miraculous stories about him, including that he isolated himself for 20 years learning Torah and avodah day and night.
