Bezalel Yaffe writes to Yosef Persitz "I would love for you all to already come to Eretz Yisrael... how much longer will you stay abroad?" (loosely translated). Sadly, just a few months later, Zlatopolsky was brought to Israel to be buried after he was murdered by a former employee in Paris. The content of the letter is business mostly, concerning the buying of plots of land in Israel. A4 size Good condition.

Bezalel Yaffe: Zionist leader, early member of Hovevei Zion, delegate to several Zionist Congresses, a founder of Tel Aviv and a member of the city's first council.


Yosef Persitz: son of wealthy Jewish businesman from Moscow, Yehoshua Zelig Persitz (among a family of well known rabbis ).  Husband of Shoshana Persitz. Son in law of Hillel Zlatopolsky.

Hillel Zlatopolsky: Jewish businessman, Zionist activist, writer and philanthropist (Tarbut and co-founder of Keren HaYesod, amung others). He was murdered in Paris by one of his former employees.
Shoshana Persitz: Zionist activist, educator, and politician (member in the first, second and third Knesset).
