Pennsylvania Child's Cherry Two-Part Corner Cupboard
A Pennsylvania Child's Cherry Two-Part Corner Cupboard, Circa 1820-1830. The molded cornice above a double ogee-arch six-light single door enclosing a shelved interior with plate grooves, over a pair of small dovetailed drawers and sunken paneled cupboard doors, scrolled skirt, raised on a bracket feet with unusual spurs and pierced drop pendant.
Dimensions: Height 43 1/2in; width 21in; depth 11in; corner dimensions 13 3/4in.
Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.
Condition:
Structurally sound. Retaining an old dry darkened surface. General marks, wear, abrasions, surface scratches and losses to finish. The interior retaining old paint. With key.
