Two Federal Maple Side Tables, 19th Century
A Federal Tiger Maple Side Table, 19th Century. Together with a Federal maple and poplar side table, 19th Century, fitted with a single dovetailed drawer.
Dimensions: Height of tiger maple table 29in; width 25 3/4in; depth 17 3/4in; Height of one drawer stand 27 1/4in; width 23 1/4in; depth18 3/4in.
Condition:
Each table is structurally sound. The tiger maple table with reinforced glue blocks to the underside securing the top. The top with general marks, wear, discolorations and surface scratches. The one drawer stand with typical wear and repairs throughout. Heaviest wear to the top; the top with a full width age crack that has been stabilized.
