Sefer Sha’arei Zion - R. Ben Zion Sternfeld of Bilsk, Piotrków 1932 volume 3
A complete copy of Sefer Sha’arei Zion, 3 containing responsa from R. Bentzion Sternfeld (1835-1917), Rabbi of Bilsk and commonly known as R. Benzion Bilsker. He was a foremost leader of Lithuanian Jewry in the late 19th and early 20th century. The Chafetz Chaim seeked an approbation from him on his work Mishnah Berurah, and it is published there. It is well known that when R. Chaim of Brisk obtained a copy of Mishna Berurah and glanced at the approbations, he commented that R. Ben Zion Bilsker was the only one who is greater than the author himself.
In good condition. This post war volume is the rarest of the others that were printed 1903
