HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT - Up for Auction is one of the first coins struck in our Fledgling nation, The 1793 Wreath Vine & Bars Flowing Hair Large Cent. This Choice AU Sheldon-10 Wreath Vine and Bars presents an attractive appearance overall, mostly a glossy reddish-brown. The border is thicker at the lower obverse, typical for this early Mint variety. The reverse is more sharply detailed overall, as usually seen, and some dark buildup appears around some of the leaves on that side. A few minor rim issues account for the details grade. The relief of the obverse face is remarkable, high well rounded. I have included an au50 and an au55for your comparison. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin. I give this coin my highest recommendation
