A disciple of the Beis HaLevi in Volozhin, R. Yechiel Michel Wolfson (Otzar HaRabbanim 9278) was the son-in-law of R. Chaim Zalman, Av Beth Din of Mir. He authored the three-volume work of responsa, Sephath HaYam.
