מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון, הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ט"ז אייר תשל"ז [1977].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל ר' אלתר חיים הכהן בירושלים. במכתבו משיב לו הרבי על ברכותיו: "ת"ח [תשואות חן] על הברכות". בסוף המכתב מברכו הרבי "בברכת מזל טוב מזל טוב לחתונת נכדו יעקיל נתנאל שי' שתהא בשעה טובה ומוצלחת".
