Scarce Indian Wars Era Buffalo Winter Mittens
A quite scarce pair of Indian wars era buffalo hide winter mittens, as illustrated in numerous catalogs and reference books as being used by US military troops on the plains during the winters in the early to mid Indian wars era. This set came with the regulation US military buffalo winter long coat that I will be also listing. This pair of mittens are in very good condition for the age with only honest use present. No rips or tears. Overall a pretty scarce pair of Indian wars era, winter mittens, not often encountered.
