החוברת יצאה בעיצומה של מלחמת העולם השנייה. היא עוסקת בחשיבות זכויות האדם, במצב הפליטים בשווייץ, ומספרת כמה סיפורים אישיים של פליטים כדוגמה. כן היא מסבירה את המבנה של המרכז (המורכב מכמה ארגונים, רובם נוצריים ואחד מהם יהודי), ומסבירה לקורא כיצד יוכל גם הוא לעזור. החוברת מלווה במכתב, חתום בכתב יד, לאדון רוזנפלד (כנראה יהודי) בציריך, שאליו נשלחה החוברת.
