Hand engraved 8 warriors on horse with mask and sword in hand and in traditional dress . There are 8 original daggers studded & entire surface of shield lavish chiseled floral and creeper design. Province : European . Made : Hand forged steel hand hammered and hand chiseled . Surface : Bears an elaborate chiseled engraving over its entire surface with floral & creeper design . Bosses : Eight bosses with this makes this shield unusual and rare. On back has 2 handles to hold and has cloth cushion. This shall make an Excellent Addition for Your Collection, Display or a memorable gift. An interesting shield showing the influence of other cultures. Circa Qajar period 18th.-19th. century. Measurement : This is extra large shield measuring 2 inches in diameter
