A RUSSIAN PAN-SLAVIC PORCELAIN KOVSH BY KORNILOV BROS
St. Petersburg, Kornilov Brothers, 1884-1917.
Russian porcelain kovsh in the neo-Russian style. Featuring a double-headed Russian Imperial eagle in the center, surrounded by green and gold beads. The rim features a Russian saying in Cyrillic. The rim, spout and handle are decorated with a pattern of intertwining crimson, gold, and green stripes. Marked on the bottom with with initials "B.K." in Cyrillic, also marked on the handle with a standard Kornilov Brothers Factory mark.
L: 7 5/8 in., (19.5 cm.)
Condition: The kovsh is in very good condition. Minor signs of age and wear, as expected.
