A PETPRCIDO DE HERRADURES PERCUSSION SHOTGUN
A fine M. Aragon Spanish miquelet percussion sporting shotgun The lock plate is marked M. ARAGON. The octagonal barrel is marked "FABRICO POR PEDRO ARANGUREN". The wooden ramrod has a brass tip. Mounted with a smooth, nicely figured walnut stock secured by an engraved silver double barrel band, decorative trigger guard extension, and iron heel plate with a bare butt.
L: 48 in., ( 122 cm.)
Condition: Good overall, signs of age and wear. Some scratches in the wood and rusting on the metal.
