A PERSIAN SHASHKA RUSSIAN SWORD W/STEEL SCABBARD, 20TH C.
A Rare Persian Shashka Sword based on M1881 Russian Dragoon Shashka pattern. There's one fuller on each side of the blade. Scabbard made of steel. Hilt is made of wood. Handle parts are made of brass. There's a Hijra date with year of production on the ricasso.
L: 38 1/2 in., (98.5 cm.)
Condition: Good with blade re-sharpened.
