AN ANTIQUE VERY LARGE INDIAN TALWAR SWORD
An antique very large Indian hand-forged steel talwar sword with a wide curved single-edged blade possessing a steel hilt of a characteristic form. Holding a disc-shaped pommel with a hook projecting from its center and a slender knuckle bow attached. With a fabric cloth mounted to the guard. Marked on the blade. 18th century.
Dimensions: L: 35 5/8 in., (90.5 cm.)
Condition: Good overall with minor pitting to the blade.
