A JAVANESE KRIS DAGGER WITH CARVED HILT, 19TH C
Hand-forged waved wilah (blade), consists of pamor steel forged in different layers of iron (pattern type: Ri Wader). Dapur in Sempana (Elephant trunk shape). Ukiran (keris hilt) in Donoriko Gaya Kembang (floral style) shape, and carved from Djati wood. Warangka (sheath) of Daunan type" (boat-shaped).
Dimensions: L:19 5/16 in., (49 cm.)
Condition: Very good.
