AN IMPRESSIVE 17 PIECE TRAVELLING TOILET SERVICE Russian, St. Petersburg, Moisey Ivanov/Frederik Syren, 1866-1869 Comprising glass bottles, various boxes, a pair of candle-sticks, a large mirror, a hair brush and a beaker. Engraved monogram ‘NS’ beneath crown. Together with a wooden fitted travelling case. Marked with city hallmark, assayer’s mark and master’s mark ‘MI’ in Cyrillic and ‘FS’. Glass minimally chipped. 3.2-68 cm high.
