WWII German Municipal Police Bayonet-Oppeln Dist
This matching bayonet has "B" proof and "7" on blade spine and "7" on scabbard throat. Has Ewald Cleff- Solingen and has matching numbers identified possibility to Oppeln District. Tip is good and blade is bright with some minor spotting and discoloration. Show normal in/out wear and age. Has green felt crossguard washer. Grips have no chips and cracks. The black frog was dyed black from brown. The back is still brown and has marker marked that starts with L but the rest is hard to read. Also marked "E38". Black leather scabbard is in decent condition with no dents to ball tip. Shows much wear and age and wear.
