Antique c1880 Triple Irish Chain Quilt from Lancaster, PA. Measures 78 by 77 inches. It is comprised of 25 blocks, 12 by 12 inches, set straight, 5 by 5, with 13 checkerboard blocks and 12 chrome print squares with pieced blocks appliquéd to the corners. There is a 2 inch sawtooth inner border and a 7 inch chrome print outer border. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a brown print reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back and applied by hand. It is in good condition with a few small spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
