Antique c1880 Devils Claw Quilt
Antique c1880s Devils Claw Quilt measuring 76x77 inches. Comprised of 16 Devils Claw blocks, 12x12 inches, set on point, 4 by 4 with white alternating blocks and setting triangles. There is a 1.5 in red print inner border, followed by a 2 inch white border, and a 2.5 inch red print outer border. There is a thin cotton batting and white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by machine. It is hand and machine pieced. The hand quilting in this quilt is magnificent! In very good condition with just a few small superficial spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
