Vintage Black Feather Cloche Hat with Box from Steinbach Company. Mostly black with little hints of white feathers. Union tag inside. Hat and box is in very good condition, no issues noted. The box is in good condition with minor moisture damage. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
