Genuine Ruby and Earth-Mined Diamond Necklace. The 2.20 carat oval-cut genuine ruby is is prong set in an 18 karat yellow gold pendant with .56 carats of round, brilliant-cut, H-I color, I1 clarity diamonds in the halo. The pendant is approximately 5/8" diameter. It hangs from an 18 karat yellow gold fine link chain with a lobster clasp that is 20" long and adjustable.
