This is a 10 karat yellow gold genuine gemstone and natural diamond pendant. The approximate 2 carat oval-cut blue topaz, citrine, and amethyst are prong set in row with small round peridot in between with round, brilliant-cut diamond accent. The pendant is approximately 1.5" long. This is a preowned item in excellent estate condition.
