18kt yellow gold pendant featuring one pear shape ruby, measuring approximately 5.00mm x 3.60mm that is bezel set at the top, in the center measuring approximately 3.30mm is a round bezel set diamond. At the bottom is a cabochon bezel set sapphire. The approximate total weight for all three stone is 0.55 carats. Gram weight 4.75. Measures 1 1/4".
