This seated altarpiece originated from urueze village, which is the oldest child of the nine children of Oba idemili, All named after the villages in Oba. The figure served as the original maternal queen mother it's evident in the considerable efforts that were made to preserve its integrity. The patina and the encrustation substance from libation and offerings. The object is placed on the altar of the head priest, honoring the earth and all grandmothers and prayers are offered to evoke grandchildren.
