סידור 'תורה אור ושערי תפלה' ב"ח, ע"פ נוסח האר"י, מאת האדמו"ר הזקן, הרה"ק רבי שניאור זלמן מלאדי – בעל התניא.
ווילנא, תרנ"ב 1891. קפ"ח [צ"ל קפ"ז] [1]; [2], ה-כח, ס, עג, [4] ד'; בעותק זה חסרים [4] דפים אחרונים. בספריה הלאומית ובאוצר הספר העברי השמיטו חלק ממספור הדפים.
2 שערים, שער ראשון צבעוני, ושער נפרד לח"ב. This copy is missing [4] last pages. Some of the page numbers have been omitted from the National Library and the Hebrew Book Treasury.
