Richard Proffitt's Apollo 11 Medallion & Hand Signed Award Letter
A stainless steel coin made with a die flown to the moon and back on the Apollo 11 mission. It was presented to Richard Proffitt who was the Apollo Program Spacecraft Test Director for the Apollo 11 mission. It is accompanied by the original presentation letter that has been hand signed by Kurt Debus. It is believed that only 10,000 of these limited edition coins were made. It measures 2 1/2" in diameter. It is in very good condition.
