Abstract mixed media original painting on canvas titled Allegretto and signed Chapin 91 in pen LR. Approx OD 40.5" x 48." Plexiglass is buckling towards top of frame. Art in good condition. Attributed to abstract figurative North Carolina artist Charles Chapin (American, 20th Century). He received his BA from North Carolina and was associated with the Chapel Hill Art Gallery. He studied at the New School in New York and received his MS at Chapel Hill.
