Wooden Half Hull Louise Schooner Model, Print
Antique Louise schooner wooden half hull model measures approx 45.5" L x 14.5" x 17.5". On a plaque that says "Louise built in 1872 - 984 tons". Has minor loss. There is also a framed black and white photo of "The Pride of Baltimore" at sea. (From the direct descendants of Baynard & Mary Gibson Henry. Both were prominent figures and contributors in Philadelphia. Mary Gibson Henry was a notable botanist and her plant collections were the first in creation of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University in Philadelphia.)
