A quote from the work Mazkeret Netzach describing the division by the Rebbe: “In advance of the 22nd Shvat, the 4th yahrzeit of the Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka, the Rebbe ordered the printing of a special booklet with his sichot and letters on the elevatedness of Jewish women and girls.
On the 21st of Shvat after Maariv and saying of a sicha, he gave out the pamphlet which bore the name “Kobetz 22nd Shvat”, with a $5 bill (Chamesh, the Hebrew word for five—abbreviation of ChAya MuSHkah) and a lekach.
