Ca. 1279 - 1212 BCAn Egyptian fragment of an obelisk in black hard stone. It is a four-sided, narrow tapering monument carved from a single piece of stone. It is incised with the beginning of the royal titles of Ramses II (Horus name): “Horus the strong bull, beloved of Maat”.Size: 170mm x 390mm; Weight: 28.7kgProvenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014; Ex.
