A Cold War Russian Soviet era propaganda lithographic poster on paper. Inscribed in Russian: Sams way of helping drowning countries. Thats what youd call robbery. Design by D. Oboznenko, verse by V. Khovchinsky. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 882, Leningrad, 1962. Marked and copyright in the print, lower and upper left.
