ANCIENT GREEK GOLD PLAQUE MEDALLION 300 TO 100 BC
An ancient Greek hand crafted gold plaque medallion dating from around 300 to 100 BC. The medallion features an embossed profile of a human face, most likely of a deity or an important figure. There are also small holes around the edges, suggesting that this piece was attached to another object, possibly as a decorative element on clothing, armor, or a religious artifact.
