RUSSIAN ORTHODOX PRIESTS CROSS CHAIN NECKLACE
A Russian steel Orthodox cross pendant on an anchor link chain. The pendant depicts a relief Crucifix on the obverse. Inscription in Church Slavonic on the reverse, To the Presbyter Who Gives the Image of Faithful Word and Deed. This phrase usually decorated award crosses given to distinguished priests from the era of Paul I to the October Revolution. Collectible Religious Christian Items, Jewelry.
