GERMAN THIRD REICH PERIOD HUNTING DAGGER W SCABBARD
A finely manufactured WWII Nazi German hunting dagger featuring a double-edged blade with the etched lettering Gott Mitt Uns, God With Us, on the recto side, and trees and animals on the verso side. The cross guard is modeled as two hooves, the down-turned shell guard shows a relief scene with a dog hunting a deer. The natural material handle is set with a swastika emblem.
