Printed poem by Volt Nikolaevich Suslov, 1926 to 1998, lower right. Edited by I. Astapov. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 3761, M 18056 14.05.81, one of 2036, Leningrad, 1981. Marked and copyright in the print, lower right and upper left. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century. This phenomenon of mass art is often referred to as such. Vasily Dubyago was a famous painter, graphic artist, caricaturist.
