WWII NAZI GERMAN KNIGHTS CROSS AND WAR MERIT CROSS
A WWII Nazi German Third Reich Knights Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords featuring a pattee cross with a single piece iron core and a solid silvered metal plate, the obverse of the award features an embossed, central, canted swastika with the reinstitution date 1939, to the bottom arm, and 1813 to the reverse. And a WWII Nazi German Third Reich War Merit Cross featuring the form of a Maltese style cross with a circular centerpiece with an embossed, canted, swastika encircled by a nicely detailed oak leaf wreath on two crossed swords to the obverse, with the reverse showing the year 1939.
