FRENCH GILT COBALT PORCELAIN VASES BY GUSTAVE ASCH
A pair of matching antique French porcelain floor vases by Gustave Asch, 1856-1911, a French porcelain artist who founded the Atelier de Sainte-Radegonde near Tours, France. Ca. 1890s. Elongated shape with pronounced base. Cobalt blue body, gilt rims and hand-painted Japonisme design representing heron birds on cherry branches. Both items are marked Cerma, France, axe mark on the bottom. Le Coader Fils Bordeaux label sticker on the bottom of one vase. Collectible Porcelain Ware, Oriental Home Decor.

Condition
Overall good vintage condition. Signs of age and wear. Some of the paint is worn on the rim. Refer to photos. Sold As Is.
