ANTIQUE CAST IRON AMISH COUPLE DOOR STOPPERS
A pair of cast iron door stoppers or bookends depicting an Amish man and woman, both sitting on benches. Likely made by Wilton. Circa the first half of the 20th century. Wilton fabricated his figures in cast iron until 1964 when he developed a separate company whose products were based on an aluminum alloy called Armetale.
