ANTIQUE SWISS ROSKOPF WILLE FRERES POCKET WATCH
An antique 1890s Swiss open-face pocket watch by Roskopf. Smooth silver-tone case with gilt crowns. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, marked Roskopf, Patent 6269, Wille Freres. Roskopf Patent hallmark on the backside. Serial number 100836. Georges Frederic Roskopf, 1813 to 1889, was a Swiss inventor and founder of a clock company of his name. In 1873 Roskopf handed over his business to Wille Freres who have used his trade mark for several decades. Collectible Clocks And Watches.
