JAPANESE CLOISONNE ENAMEL BRASS GOLDSTONE CACHEPOT
A vintage Japanese enamel over brass cache pot. The ware is enameled with polychrome medallions depicting butterflies, stars, and blossoming flowers, surrounded by floral, swirl and geometrical patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The neck is adorned with floral, swirl and geometrical ornaments made in the same technique. The base feature scaly and swirl motifs made in the same technique. The ground of the vase is inlaid with Goldstone. Unmarked. Circa: the first half of the 20th century. Antique and Vintage Asian and Oriental Enamel Vases, Table Wares, Home Decor, and Collectibles.
