An antique 19th century Japanese woodblock print, Ukiyo-e series by Utagawa Kunisada also known as Utagawa Toyokuni III, Japanese 1786 to 1865. The artwork depicts Ichikawa Koisaburo in Kabuki theater performing. Great coloring on fine paper. Matted and framed. Note: Utagawa Kunisada was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist. He is considered the most popular, prolific and commercially successful designer of ukiyo-e woodblock prints in 19th-century Japan.
