LARGE RUSSIAN SILVER ENAMEL EGG CASKET ON STAND
A large Russian gilt silver egg casket with screw on lid. The item is richly decorated with shaded cloisonne enamel decor consisting of flowers and double-headed eagles. The piece is also garnished with semiprecious stone cabochons. Hallmark of 88 silver standard and makers mark are on the rims. The item comes with a gilt footed stand with figurative Imperial eagles.
