LARGE RUSSIAN GILT SILVER GEMSTONE KOVSH LADLE
A large Russian silver kovsh. Kovsh is a traditional oval-shaped drinking vessel or ladle with a single handle. The item has a rounded body with a hooked handle and a pronounced front with crowned eagle finial. The item is decorated with semiprecious stones. The inner side of the piece is gilt. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark are on the bottom. Total Weight: 886 grams. Collectible Russian Silverware Serveware Tableware.
