A Russian round shaped silver gilt and enamel pill box featuring a gilt wash interior. The exterior of the box is skillfully decorated with stylized cloisonne enamel floral and geometric Pan slavic patterns in shaded blue, white, green, brown, and ochre colors. Hallmarked with an 88 Russian Imperial silver standard, a kokoshnik mark and the makers Cyrillic initials.
